15 minute makeup

This is my go to style for when I'm pushed for time; a neutral wash of colour with an eyeshadow used as smudgy liner.  The base colour can be applied quickly, and the liner is smudged so that you don't have to worry about it being perfect. The colour combination was one I recommended to a friend, and and I really love paring the purple liner with red lips.
